The Federal Government of Nigeria has declared Monday, June 17, and Tuesday, June 18, 2024, as public holidays to celebrate this year’s Eid-ul-Adha.
The Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, made the declaration on behalf of the government.
In the statement, the minister congratulated the Muslim Ummah in Nigeria and in the Diaspora, calling on them to embrace the spirit of peace, kindness, and sacrifice.
