25 Civil Society Organizations Partner with Borno ICT Agency to Promote Digital Literacy

25 civil society organizations, led by Comrade Bulama Abiso and Zoa International, have collaborated with the Borno State Information and Communication Technology Development Agency (BICTDA) to implement digital literacy education in the state.

The partnership is in line with the 10-point agenda and 25-year development vision of Governor Engr Babagana Umara Zulum.

The working group, chaired by Engr. Mohammed Ahmed Kabir Wanori, FNSE, Executive Secretary of BICTDA, has commenced the development of a framework for implementation, expected to be completed within a week.

This initiative aims to bridge the digital divide and enhance digital inclusion in Borno State. The joint effort will leverage the expertise and resources of all partners to provide digital literacy education, promoting economic empowerment, and social development.
