Governor Mai Mala Buni of Yobe State has approved the appointment of Dr. Mohammed Goje as the Acting Secretary to the State Government (SSG) with immediate effect.
Dr. Goje was until his new appointment the Executive Secretary of the Yobe State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA).
According to a press statement signed by the Director-General, Press and Media Affairs to the Governor, Mamman Mohammed, the appointment is part of ongoing administrative adjustments in the state government.
Governor Buni urged the new Acting SSG to rededicate himself to duty and continue to serve the state with commitment and dedication to the welfare of the people.
