Professor Mustapha Kokari, a respected lecturer in the Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Maiduguri, has sadly passed away. He died after a brief illness.
Prof. Kokari was a former Head of Department (HOD) of Biological Sciences and a former Dean of the Faculty of Science at the University.
Throughout his distinguished career, Professor Kokari was known for his dedication to academic excellence and his commitment to the development of his students. His contributions to the field of biological sciences were significant, and his research and publications had a profound impact on the academic community.
The funeral prayer for the late Prof. Kokari will take place on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at his family house at 9:00 a.m.
