Adamawa Approves N1.2 Billion Contract for Mega Schools Project

The Adamawa State Executive Council (SEC) has approved a contract worth over 1.2 billion naira for the engagement of Associated Design Consultants to supervise the construction of three mega schools across the state’s three senatorial zones.

The decision was made during a council meeting presided over by Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri at the Government House in Yola on Friday.

According to Commissioner of Information and Strategy, Mr. James Iliya, the firm’s engagement aims to ensure the successful completion of the projects and improve the state’s educational system.

Iliya emphasized the importance of constructing the schools, stating that quality education is the backbone of any society and the government is determined to provide its citizens with access to quality education.
