Adamawa Govt Takes Possession of Newly Acquired Property in Gulak

The Adamawa State Government has officially taken possession of a newly acquired property located in Gulak, headquarters of Madagali Local Government Area.

The property, purchased from Hassan & Hassan Consultant, was received on behalf of the government by the Commissioner, Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Dr. Abdullahi Prambe.

Speaking during the handover ceremony held in Gulak on Tuesday, Dr. Prambe said the acquisition represents a major step in the government’s drive to expand public infrastructure across the state.

“This property will soon be converted for government use, in line with our administration’s commitment to strengthening public service delivery at the grassroots,” the commissioner stated.

He was accompanied by a team of technical experts from the ministry who inspected the facility and documented its current condition.

Dr. Prambe expressed appreciation to the seller for the smooth transaction and assured the people of Madagali that the government will continue to invest in projects that bring governance closer to the people.
