The Adamawa State Police Command has arrested a 39-year-old man suspected of orchestrating fraudulent activities by posing as a ghost with different tones.
The man, identified as Sani Mamman, is alleged to have defrauded unsuspecting victims by using various disguises to swindle them of their money.
Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje, the PPRO of the Adamawa State Command, confirmed the arrest and stated that the Command is currently conducting a discreet investigation into the matter. More details are expected to be revealed soon.
