The Adamawa Youth Campaign Team (AYCT) has demanded the recall of Honorable Abubakar Baba Zango, the Member representing Yola North, Yola South, and Girei federal constituency in the House of Representatives, citing poor representation, lack of accountability, and unfulfilled campaign promises.
In a statement, AYCT listed several grievances, including Zango’s failure to effectively represent the interests of his constituents, poor performance, and neglect of constituency projects and developmental initiatives.
The group urged the relevant authorities to take the decision seriously, stating that it is time for a change and that the constituents deserve better representation. AYCT believes that recalling Zango will send a strong message that poor representation will no longer be tolerated.
