Again, Fintiri Donates Food Items Worth Millions To NYSC Corps Member

Adamawa State Governor, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri in his remarkable display of generosity, has again donated food materials worth millions of naira to the 2024 Batch A Stream I corps members and camp officials presently undergoing their Orientation Course at the NYSC Orientation Camp, Damare.

Recall that the Governor, through his deputy, while addressing the corps members during their Swearing-in Ceremony, pledged his commitment to the welfare of the corps members throughout their service year in the State.

The donation was warmly received by the State Coordinator, Jingi Denis, along with some of the corps members who expressed deep appreciation for the Governor’s gesture. The State Coordinator, Jingi Denis, acknowledged that such support would go a long way in ensuring the well-being and comfort of the corps members during their stay in Adamawa State.

The food materials donated include 50 bags of rice, 10 kegs of groundnut oil and 10 cows. It is worthy to note that, just like the last batch, the Governor has been consistent in this act of kindness to the corps members with every set and batch of corps members deployed to the State for the national service.
This further demonstrates His Excellency’s practical commitment to ensuring that the corps members have a comfortable and rewarding experience during their service year.

The corps members and camp officials were all visibly excited and immensely grateful to the NYSC Friendly Governor.
