Apply: Adamawa Tech College Opens Vacancies for Academic, Technical Staff

The Adamawa State College of Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Studies has announced a recruitment exercise for academic and non-teaching staff as part of efforts to operationalise the newly established institution.

The recruitment drive, approved under the administration of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, seeks to fill vacancies across academic, technical and administrative departments of the college.

According to the announcement, the exercise aligns with the state government’s ‘Fresh Air’ agenda, which prioritises job creation and economic renewal in line with the 2026 budget objectives.

Available positions include academic faculty roles, non-teaching and technical positions, vocational experts and medical personnel. The management noted that some vacancies have been reserved exclusively for indigenes of Adamawa State.

Interested candidates are required to submit their applications online through the recruitment portal before the closing date of April 20, 2026, which is two weeks from the date of publication.

Applicants are expected to meet stipulated requirements, including age limits, computer proficiency and possession of relevant academic qualifications for their chosen roles.

The institution, located in Gulak, is designed to provide practical and industry-driven education aimed at equipping students with technical and entrepreneurial skills.

Officials said the establishment of the college is expected to enhance technical education and boost employment opportunities within the state.
