Adamawa State elder statesman, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur, has praised Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for transforming the state, describing him as a lover of Nigeria and its people.
Tukur, a former Gongola State Governor and PDP national chairman, commended Fintiri’s remarkable changes that have positively impacted lives and lifted the state’s status.
During a courtesy visit by the Governor, Tukur expressed admiration for Fintiri’s courage and ability to execute projects despite economic challenges. He recalled his own tenure as governor 40 years ago and acknowledged Fintiri’s progress.
In his remarks, Governor Fintiri appreciated Tukur’s contributions to the state’s progress, recognizing him as a respected leader who left a lasting legacy.
Fintiri assured Tukur that his administration would continue to seek his guidance and support to bring prosperity to the state.
