Borno Police Publish Emergency Contact Numbers of Area Commanders, DPOs

The move, according to the Command, is aimed at ensuring timely reporting of emergencies, suspicious activities and other security-related concerns requiring immediate police intervention.

The Borno State Police Command has published the contact phone numbers of all Area Commanders and Divisional Police Officers (DPOs) across the state to strengthen emergency response and improve direct communication between the police and members of the public.

In a press release issued on Friday by the Police Public Relations Officer, Borno State Command, ASP Nahum Daso Kenneth, ANIPR, FCAI, residents were urged to use the published contact numbers responsibly and strictly for security-related matters.

The Commissioner of Police assured the public that the Command would continue to deploy intelligence-led strategies and community-focused policing initiatives to enhance public safety and maintain peace across the state.

The Command also encouraged residents to remain vigilant, cooperate with law enforcement agencies and promptly report any security concerns through the designated contact channels.

The Police reaffirmed their commitment to protecting lives and property and called on the public to support ongoing efforts to sustain peace and security in Borno State.
