Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni, on Saturday paid an unscheduled visit to the Damaturu Sesame Seeds Processing Factory to inspect the progress of the project.
Buni expressed satisfaction with the completion of the structural work and the ongoing installation of equipment at the facility.
He commended the contractor for completing the project within the contractual timeline and urged other contractors to emulate their dedication and professionalism.
“The completion of this project within the agreed time frame is commendable and reflects a commitment to quality,” Buni said.
The factory is part of efforts by the state government to promote agricultural value addition and boost the local economy.
