Dangote Donates 35,000 Bags Of Rice To Adamawa

The Dangote Foundation has donated 35,000 bags of 10kg rice to Adamawa State to support vulnerable individuals across the state.

The Governor of Adamawa State, Ahmadu Umaru  Fintiri, was represented at the event by the Commissioner for Local Government Affairs, Ibrahim Mijinyawa Yayaji, who received the donation on behalf of the state government.

Speaking after receiving the donation on Saturday in Yola, Commissioner Ibrahim Mininyawa expressed gratitude to the Dangote Foundation and assured that the rice would be distributed judiciously to those in need.

In his remarks, Musa Dan Bello, the representative of the Dangote Foundation, emphasized that the donation aims to provide relief to the poor and vulnerable in the state.

The event was attended by 21 local government chairmen, representatives of the Muslim Council, and the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN).
