The Director-General, Poverty Alleviation and Wealth Creation Agency (PAWECA), Dr. Michael Zira, has announced Monday, June 16 to Friday, June 24, 2025, as the official period for the commencement and conclusion of data capture for the Fintiri Business Wallet Forms.
Dr. Zira made the announcement during a press briefing at the PAWECA headquarters in Yola on Wednesday.
He said individuals who obtained the forms are to submit them to the designated personnel at approved locations for the capture exercise, noting that only those who have not benefited in the previous phase are eligible to participate.
“Those who benefitted in the previous exercise are not eligible and should desist from collecting any form,” the Director-General stated.
He also cautioned applicants against using online banking platforms such as Opay, Moniepoint, and Palmpay when filling out their banking information, emphasizing the use of only conventional banks for the exercise.
Dr. Zira urged individuals who were unable to secure the current forms to remain patient, assuring that another phase of the scheme would be introduced by the next quarter through the continued support of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri.
“The governor, in his magnanimity, will roll out another phase to accommodate more people,” he said.
The DG further advised all prospective beneficiaries to conduct themselves peacefully and with decorum during the data capture process.
