The visitors took the lead through Emmanuel Ogbole’s 67th-minute penalty, but Risilanu Ismaili’s stoppage-time equalizer ensured the hosts maintained their unbeaten run.
The draw propelled El-Kanemi Warriors to fifth position on the NPFL table with 15 points from eight matches.
Coach Aliyu Zubairu’s side will aim to sustain their momentum when they visit Rivers United on Sunday.
Kwara United, currently 11th with 10 points, will host defending champions Rangers in Ilorin on Sunday.
Wednesday’s result marked El-Kanemi Warriors’ fourth draw and fourth win this season.
