FG Confirms 2026 TVET Batch B Registration; Focus on Youth Skills Development

The Federal Government has confirmed that registration for the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Batch B programme will commence in 2026, following the conclusion of the current Batch A enrolment.

According to officials, the TVET initiative is designed to equip Nigerian youths with practical, hands-on skills across various vocational trades, preparing them for employment and income-generating opportunities. Training duration may last up to one year, depending on the specific trade.

Interested applicants are advised to monitor official channels for the opening of the Batch B registration portal next year. The programme also provides stipends and other support to participants, ensuring that youths can focus on gaining marketable skills.

The Federal Government encourages parents, guardians, and communities to share this information with youths seeking vocational training opportunities.
