Gombe Due Process Bureau Unveils Digital Platforms for Transparency

The Gombe State Due Process Bureau has launched four digital platforms aimed at enhancing transparency, accountability, and accessibility in government procurement processes.

The platforms, unveiled under the leadership of the bureau’s Director-General, Engr. Muhammad Dauda Abubakar, include the Project Monitoring and Evaluation Mobile Application, a revamped Due Process Website, an Interactive Dashboard, and a Contractors Portal.

Speaking at the launch on Sunday, Abubakar said the initiative aligns with the vision of Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya to foster openness, fairness, and accountability in the state’s procurement system.

“These platforms bridge the gap between the Gombe State Government and its citizens by providing real-time access to procurement information, ongoing projects, and contractor registration details,” he said.

Key Features of the Platforms

1. Real-Time Project Monitoring
The mobile app, available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store under the name GOMBE DUE PROCESS, displays all ongoing projects in the state.

It includes interactive maps showing project locations and completion statuses.

2. Cross-Device Accessibility

The app is compatible with both Android and iOS devices, allowing users to track projects conveniently.

3. Comprehensive Data Access

The Due Process Website (https://dueprocess.gm.gov.ng) provides procurement data, project monitoring reports, and open contracting details.

4. Contractor Registration Portal

Contractors can register, renew credentials, and receive tender notifications via the Contractor Portal on the website.
