Gombe Partners Moroccan Agency To Boost Socio-Economic Development

Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State has initiated a strategic partnership with the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI) to drive socio-economic growth and address key developmental challenges in the state.

During a round table discussion with AMCI officials, Governor Inuwa Yahaya emphasized the importance of international partnerships in tackling issues in education, agriculture, renewable energy, and environmental sustainability.

He highlighted the state’s comprehensive development plan, DEVAGOM, which seeks strategic partnerships to foster socio-economic progress.

AMCI’s Director-General, Ambassador Mohamed Methqal, welcomed the partnership, stating that the agency is ready to facilitate grants and support initiatives aligned with Gombe State’s development goals. He promised to foster connections between Gombe State and AMCI’s network of partners to enhance impactful collaborations.
