The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) has outlined steps for eligible Nigerian graduates to successfully apply for its second phase, NJFP 2.0, which is currently open for applications.
According to the organisers, interested applicants are to visit the official application portal at www.njfp.ng to complete their registration.
Applicants are advised to carefully fill in their details and ensure all information provided is accurate and consistent with official documents before submission.
The NJFP team identified some common mistakes that can cause application failure or prevent applicants from receiving verification emails. These include:
Typographical errors in email addresses such as gnail.com or gmail.con
Adding unnecessary spaces after the email address
Entering invalid or incorrectly formatted National Identification Numbers (NINs)
Using the wrong date of birth format or mismatched entries
Misspelling names that differ from those on official records
To avoid these issues, applicants are urged to:
Double-check every field before submitting the application
Use a valid and correctly spelled email address
Ensure their NIN, name, and date of birth match official identification documents
Avoid extra spaces or typographical errors
The NJFP management said applications with such errors may not be processed, and the team may be unable to resolve issues caused by incorrect entries.
It advised applicants who have not received verification emails to reapply using corrected details.
The NJFP is a Federal Government initiative implemented in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to connect young Nigerian graduates with work placement and mentorship opportunities across public and private sectors.
