Gombe police PRO, Mahid Muazu Abubakar, celebrate heartily as he finally ties the knot with the love of his life, Nafisa, after waiting for 14 years with minimal progress.
Mahid Muazu tied the knot to his beloved on the 24th February 2024 in gombe state.
The officer of the law shared photos from his wedding on his X handle, @MaheedMuazu, and followed it up with their story.
According to him, he had met her sometime back in 2010 while he was still in the police academy and instantly fell in love with her.
Despite his feelings, he made no move on her because she was still very young.
Six years after, they started a relationship and he proposed to her but was rejected by an undisclosed family member of hers.
He never gave up, kept applying pressure until sometime in 2023 he was called back and asked if he was still interested, he accepted because of the love he has always had for her and they eventually got married after.
