Today Tuesday, just a day before the Eid Ul-Fitr Sallah celebration, Hon. Inna Galadima, the Chairperson of Jere Local Government, embarked on a visit to the 195 Battalion stationed in Muna Dusuman ward.
During her visit, Hon. Inna Galadima commended the 195th Battalion for their dedicated efforts in maintaining security within Dusuman Ward and across the entirety of Jere.
Expressing her support for the military and other security agencies, Hon. Inna Galadima emphasized the importance of collaboration in combating any potential threats in the Jere local government area.
Acknowledging the sacrifices made by the soldiers, Hon. Inna Galadima highlighted the challenges they face, leaving behind their homes, families, and friends to safeguard the nation day and night.
In response, the commander of the 195 Battalion lauded the Chairperson’s visit and assured the commitment of the battalion to safeguarding the lives and properties of the entire Jere local community.
Accompanying Hon. Inna Galadima during the visit were the council leader, Hon. Shettima Gongulon, and other ward councillors, demonstrating unity and support for the security efforts in the region.
