Musa Mustapha Kulas has been elected as the APC candidate on Saturday for the Yobe East Senatorial by-election.
The seat was declared vacant after Former Governor Ibrahim Gaidam left the position to serve as the Minister of Police Affairs under the government of President Tinubu.
