NELFund Unveils Support Portal for Student Complaints

The Nigeria Education Loan Fund (NELFund) has urged students and beneficiaries to channel all issues related to student loan applications, upkeep allowances, and school fee payments through its official complaints portal: http://nelfund.esupport.ng.

In a notice shared on the agency’s official X handle on Thursday, NELFund said the support platform was created to ensure faster response times, better tracking of complaints, and improved service delivery for applicants under the national student loan scheme.

Students experiencing delays, technical challenges, or verification issues were encouraged to submit their concerns directly on the portal rather than relying on unofficial channels.

NELFund reiterated its commitment to ensuring timely disbursement of upkeep allowances and the settlement of approved school fees, noting that accurate complaint submission will help the agency resolve issues more efficiently.

The Fund also encouraged students to share the information widely to ensure more beneficiaries are aware of the proper process for resolving application-related problems.
