The Governing Board and Management of the North East Development Commission (NEDC), on Monday paid a courtesy visit to His Excellency Kefas Agbu, the Executive Governor of Taraba State at the Government House in Jalingo.
Led by the MD/CEO of NEDC, Mohammed Goni Alkali, the delegation expressed appreciation to the Taraba State government and its people for their unwavering support.
The agency’s managing director, Alhaji Muhammed Goni Alkali, also disclose that The North East Development Commission (NEDC) executed 134 projects in Taraba State in 2023.
He said all the 134 projects were fully completed and would soon be commissioned.
Goni Alkali also disclosed that the commission would execute critical infrastructure projects in the state this year.
Governor Kefas commended the commission for providing basic infrastructures for citizens of the state.
Kefas urged stakeholders and the private sector to support and cooperate with the commission to bring desired development to the state.
