The Supreme Court on Friday affirmed the election of Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, as Governor of Gombe State, dismissing the appeal filed by Jibrin Barde of the Peoples Democratic Party for lacking in merit.
A five-member panel of the apex court led by Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun affirmed the decision of the court of appeal.
