Taraba State Governor, Dr. Agbu Kefas, has on Thursday announced the purchase of building technology equipment from South African company, Hydroform International, valued at over R50 million (US$2.74 million).
This significant investment aims to reposition Taraba State for economic development and explore further business opportunities to solidify trade relations between the state and South Africa.
Governor Kefas emphasized that his background in defense and global education is driving transformational initiatives in the state, which will soon become apparent. The vision is to harness technology and innovation to elevate Taraba State’s economic status and integrate it more fully into the global economy.
This move is expected to foster bilateral trade agreements that can mutually benefit Nigeria and South Africa, promoting economic growth and development in the region.
