Governor Agbu Kefas of Taraba State inaugurated a new Power Plant on Tuesday in Gembu, Sarduana Local Government Area, to tackle the persistent electricity challenges in the community.
The twin 1500KVA power plant fulfills a promise made during the election campaign to address the long-standing issue of inadequate electricity supply.
The Power Plant comprises two 1500KVA generators and is complemented by six 300KVA step-down transformers strategically positioned across Gembu, ensuring widespread access to electricity for all residents.
Governor Kefas emphasized his commitment to revamping infrastructure not only in Gembu but also throughout the Mambilla Plateau and the entire Taraba State’s Three Senatorial Districts.
