Governor Agbu Kefas of Taraba on Saturday unveiled the official logo for the Taraba State International Investment Summit, tagged Taravest 2025.
The unveiling ceremony, which took place in Jalingo, was held alongside the Chairman of the Summit Planning Committee, Hon. Ndudi Elumelu.
The summit is scheduled to hold on May 21, 2025, in Jalingo, and will focus on attracting investment into key sectors of the state’s economy.
Kefas said the logo unveiling marked a significant milestone in the build-up to the summit and served as a call to action.
“This is the first time we are hosting an event of this nature. It is designed to showcase Taraba’s economic potentials to the world,” he said.
According to him, the state will, in the coming weeks, engage investors, development partners and opinion leaders on the vast opportunities in the state.
“Our message is simple – Taraba is open to the world for business,” he said.
Also speaking, Elumelu said the committee was working closely with stakeholders to ensure a successful event, adding that Taravest 2025 would position Taraba as an investment destination of choice.
The summit is expected to feature exhibitions, panel discussions, and networking sessions aimed at fostering partnerships across various sectors.
