Taraba state Governor, Dr Agbu Kefas on Monday officially flagged off the rehabilitation of the runway at Danbaba Suntai Airport in Jalingo.
The event also featured the commissioning of two Fire Trucks, a strategic acquisition in compliance with Aviation Safety Rules, by the state administration.
These initiatives form essential parts of the comprehensive ‘Re-modelling’ project aimed at transforming Danbaba Suntai Airport under the leadership of Governor Agbu Kefas.
The Governor reiterated the administration’s steadfast dedication to providing Tarabans with a modernized Airport facility conducive for thriving business activities and seamless mobility of individuals.
The commencement of the runway rehabilitation and the deployment of essential fire-fighting assets underscore the administration’s commitment to enhancing aviation infrastructure in Taraba State.
