A female student of Taraba State University, Jalingo (TSU), has been found dead under tragic circumstances in the Bakasi area, opposite the Vice-Chancellor’s gate.
The deceased, identified as Comfort Jimtop Oliver, was a 100-level student of the Department of Mass Communication from Takum Local Government Area. She was reportedly discovered lifeless in her boyfriend’s residence near Dr. Rapha’s quarters.
The Taraba State Police Command has launched an investigation to determine the cause of death and bring clarity to the incident.
Meanwhile, the university community has been thrown into mourning, with students and staff expressing shock over her untimely demise.
