Tinubu Condemns Borno, Kaduna Abductions, Directs Immediate Rescue Of Captives

President Tinubu on Friday strongly criticizes the abductions in Borno and Kaduna, and has ordered the prompt rescue of the captives.

President Bola Tinubu expresses strong disapproval for the terrible acts of abduction targeting extremely vulnerable individuals, including internally-displaced persons in Borno State, and students in Kaduna State.

The President has instructed security and intelligence agencies to promptly rescue the victims and ensure that those responsible for these heinous acts are brought to justice.

“I have received briefing from security chiefs on the two incidents, and I am confident that the victims will be rescued. Nothing else is acceptable to me and the waiting family members of these abducted citizens. Justice will be decisively administered,” President Tinubu says.
