The government called on residents to turn out in large numbers to accord the President a warm reception, while maintaining decorum and orderly conduct throughout the visit.
“Let us showcase Borno as the Home of Peace, law and order,” the statement read.
The state government assured that adequate arrangements have been put in place to ensure a smooth and successful visit, while urging citizens to cooperate with security agencies and relevant officials.
President Tinubu’s visit is expected to further strengthen collaboration between the Federal Government and Borno State in advancing peace, stability, and sustainable development in the North-East.
