Troops of 25 Task Force Brigade, Operation Hadin Kai (OPHK), have neutralised four Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) terrorists in Ngala Local Council of Borno State. Zagazola Makama Reports.
The terrorists were killed in an ambush operation coordinated by the troops 3 Battalion in conjunction with the Civilian Joint Task Force on March 3, 2024.
Intelligence sources told Zagazola Makama that the troops conducted an ambush at Moula, suspected to be the insurgents logistics route at Ngala.
The sources said that contact was made and troops naturalized four of the terrorists.
Additionally, the troops of 202 Battalion deployed at Bama nutrialsed one terrorist at about 2am on Monday. The terrorist attempted to infiltrate troops location using the cover of darkness when the troops intercepted him and suyanised him.
