Vigilante Arrested for Killing Two Over Farmland Dispute

The Adamawa State Police Command has apprehended a 31 years old vigilante identified as Mali Emmanuel Bori, for allegedly killing 2 persons over farmland.

A statement by the spokesman of the command, SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje, said that suspect was arrested on the 13th June, 2024 for heinous crime.

SP Ngureje, explained that the accused opened fire and killed Emmanuel Hamma Shehu and Almond Hamma Shehu, of Bori village in Koma District, Jada LGA.

The suspect had a dispute with the victims over a farmland located at Bori in Jada LGA, which degenerated into a fight.

According to SP Nguroje, during the altercation, the suspect used his dane gun and shot the victims leading to their untimely death, assuring that investigation into the incident is ongoing.
