Borno State Governor Babagana Umara Zulum visited the renowned business tycoon Alhaji Alhassan Dantata at his Kano residence on Wednesday.
Dantata is one of Africa’s most influential business leaders who is committed to supporting vulnerable people and communities across Nigeria and beyond.
During the visit, Zulum expressed his gratitude for Dantata’s swift intervention during the September 10 flood crisis, which displaced thousands of residents and caused significant damage to infrastructure in Borno.
Zulum praised Dantata, describing him as an exemplary leader, philanthropist and astute businessman.
The Governor was accompanied by a member representing Marte/Mongyni/Nganzai at the House of Representatives, Engr Bukar Talba and other associates.
