
The Borno State Arabic and Sangaya Education Board (BOSASEB) has announced the commencement of a recruitment exercise for qualified candidates into Higher Islamic Schools across selected local government areas of the state.
The Board made this known on Tuesday in a recruitment announcement, inviting interested applicants to apply for teaching and related positions in Higher Islamic Schools located in Bama, Marte, Mobbar, Kaga, Gwoza and Chibok.
According to BOSASEB, the exercise is aimed at strengthening the delivery of quality Arabic and Qur’anic education in line with the state government’s commitment to improving faith-based and formal education systems.
The Board stated that applicants must possess relevant qualifications and meet all required criteria to be considered for employment.
Interested candidates are required to submit their applications online through the Board’s official recruitment portal at https://bornoarabicsangaya.com/recruitment/.
BOSASEB disclosed that the application window opened on January 14 and will close on January 24, 2026, urging eligible candidates to apply within the stipulated period.
The Board advised applicants to rely only on its official communication channels for authentic information, reaffirming its mandate of promoting quality Arabic and Qur’anic education across Borno State.
