Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, has praised the Chief Whip of the House of Representatives, Hon. Usman Bello Kumo, for his dedication to delivering people-oriented projects to his constituency.
The governor’s commendation came during the commissioning of a 2-kilometer Dakkiti road project on Thursday facilitated by Hon. Kumo.
Governor Yahaya expressed appreciation for Hon. Kumo’s efforts in bringing the project to his community, stating that he has proven himself to be a hardworking and reliable representative. The governor encouraged Hon. Kumo to continue his good work, assuring him of his administration’s support.
Hon. Kumo thanked the governor for commissioning the project and assured him of his continued loyalty and support. He highlighted his commitment to implementing programs and interventions that complement the governor’s efforts in providing dividends of democracy to the people of Gombe State.
The Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development representative, Engr Simon, commended Hon. Kumo for his efforts in securing the project, noting that few federal lawmakers have achieved such a feat.
