Bauchi Governor Charges Newly Sworn LGA Chairmen to Justify Citizens’ Confidence

Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, has urged the newly sworn-in chairmen of the 20 Local Government Areas (LGAs) to work hard and justify the confidence and trust placed in them by the citizens.

Speaking at the swearing-in ceremony on Sunday, Governor Mohammed congratulated the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) on its victory in the election, which produced the chairmen, their deputies, and councillors. He also commended other political parties for winning some councillorship seats.

The governor reiterated his administration’s commitment to boosting the state’s economy and providing additional infrastructural facilities.

He emphasized the need for collaborative effort, stating that the recent election results demonstrate the citizens’ trust and confidence in his administration.

Governor Mohammed encouraged the newly sworn-in chairmen to work together to deliver on the promises made to the people, ensuring that the confidence placed in them is justified.
