The MoU was signed following a successful defense of the action plans at the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC) headquarters on Wednesday in Abuja. The Executive Secretary of UBEC, Dr. Aisha Garba, lauded Dr. Babayi for his dedication and passion for advancing basic education, describing the plan as a significant stride in delivering quality learning to the state’s children.

The signing ceremony took place in the office of UBEC’s Director of Finance and Supply, Alhaji Adamu Misau, with the participation of other key stakeholders.
