
The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has announced the commencement of its 2025 Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) recruitment exercise, inviting qualified Nigerian graduates to apply for enlistment.
According to information released by the NAF, the DSSC is open to both civilians and serving military personnel. It provides an opportunity for professionals with degrees in specified fields to be commissioned as officers in the Air Force.
The training period for successful candidates is six months of intensive military training. On completion, they will be commissioned into the rank of Flying Officer.
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are invited from candidates who meet the following requirements:
Educational Qualification: BSc or MSc in Cyber Security or International Relations. A certificate in Ethical Hacking is considered an added advantage.
Class of Degree: Minimum of Second Class Upper Division or Upper Credit.
NYSC Status: Must possess a valid NYSC Discharge Certificate.
Age Limit: Applicants must not be more than 32 years old at the time of application.
