Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State has accepted the resignation of the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Barr. Ibrahim Muhammad Kashim, with immediate effect.
This was disclosed in a statement issued by Mukhtar M. Gidado, the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the Governor, on Friday in Bauchi.
According to the statement, Dr. Aminu Hassan Gamawa, the Chief of Staff, Government House Bauchi, has been directed to take over as the acting SSG.
Mohammed thanked Kashim for his services to the state and wished him success in his future endeavors.
