Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, has reaffirmed his commitment to enhancing healthcare services in the state.
During a visit from the Bauchi UNICEF Field Office on Monday, the governor emphasized the importance of bolstering the partnership between the state government and UNICEF to provide high-quality healthcare services to the people of Bauchi.
Since the start of his administration, the BASG has worked closely with UNICEF and other partners to positively impact the lives of children and mothers.
This collaboration has focused on areas such as immunization, nutrition, water sanitation, hygiene, and child healthcare services.
Earlier speaking, leader of the delegation, Dr Tushar appreciated Mohammed’s for his administration’s policies and programmes, saying the partnership will ensure every Bauchi child has access to nutrition and is immunised to be protected against communicable diseases so that they will one day contribute positively to the development of the society.
