Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to enhancing humanitarian assistance through collaboration with stakeholders within and outside Nigeria.
He made this declaration when he received officials from the Albasar Foundation, Makkah Eye Clinic Bauchi, and the management of Almuhibba Foundation at the Bauchi Government House on Friday.
Governor Mohammed acknowledged the significant contributions of the teams in delivering relief supplies to thousands of patients within and outside Bauchi State. He expressed his administration’s eagerness to partner with them to ensure the success of their endeavors.
He also commended the foundations’ philanthropic efforts, emphasizing the importance of mutual cooperation to ensure patients receive proper care.
The visitors praised Governor Mohammed’s exemplary leadership and support, pledging to continue partnering with the State Government for the success of the exercise, which will provide free eye services to over 400 patients.
Notably present during the session were the founder of Almuhibba and the State First Lady, Hajiya Aisha Bala Mohammed.
