
Bauchi State Governor, Sen. Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, on Tuesday participated in the Financing Investment and Trade in Africa (FITA) conference in Tunis, Tunisia.
The governor joined other key stakeholders at the event, including His Royal Highness Khalifah Muhammad Sanusi II, Emir of Kano, and the Minister of Women Affairs, Hajia Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim.
The conference focused on enhancing investments at regional, national, and subnational levels across the African continent.
A statement by the governor’s New Media Aide, Lawal Muazu Bauchi, said the governor’s participation aligns with his administration’s commitment to attracting sustainable investments and economic partnerships for Bauchi State.
The event brought together policymakers, business leaders, and development partners to explore solutions for accelerating Africa’s economic growth through financing and trade.
