Representing the northeast governors at the event presided over by Governor Ahmed Aliyu in Sokoto, Governor Mohammed reiterated the region’s dedication to collaborating with the federal government, stakeholders, and security agencies to combat banditry and other security challenges. He highlighted the crucial role of security in fostering economic growth across Nigeria.
Praising Governor Aliyu for establishing the community guard corps in Sokoto, Governor Mohammed urged the state’s residents to unite in support of this initiative and to offer their full backing and prayers for the progress of Sokoto State, neighboring states, and the nation as a whole.
