Governor Bala Swears in New Acting Head of Civil Service, Chief Economic Adviser

Gov. Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed of Bauchi State has sworn in Barrister Mohammed Sani Umar Disina as the Acting Head of Civil Service and Alhaji Yahuza Adamu Haruna as the Chief Economic Adviser.

Speaking at the swearing-in ceremony, Mohammed said the appointments were part of efforts to strengthen governance and revitalize the state civil service.

He described the appointees as seasoned technocrats with vast experience in civil service administration and governance.

The governor urged them to apply their expertise and dedication to drive efficiency and professionalism in their respective roles for the overall development of the state.

Mohammed commended the patience and commitment of civil servants, acknowledging their contributions to the progress of Bauchi State.

He called on all stakeholders to continue supporting his administration’s vision for sustainable growth and development.

Speaking on behalf of the newly appointed officials, Haruna, the immediate past Head of Civil Service and now Chief Economic Adviser, expressed appreciation to the governor for the opportunity to serve.

He assured that they would work diligently to justify the confidence reposed in them, pledging total commitment to the administration’s policies and programs.
