“I commend the resilience and determination of Nigerians in upholding democratic values and principles.
May I also acknowledge the progress made in the past two decades and pledge my administration’s commitment to deepening democracy and improving the lives of citizens.”
The Governor urges all Adamawa residents to embrace peace, unity, and harmony, as the state celebrates this significant milestone.
“As we mark this year’s Democracy Day, I acknowledge the hardships and challenges that many Nigerians still face, and I regret that our democracy has not yet yielded the desired dividends of comfort, security, and prosperity for all citizens.”
He urges residents of the State to sustain the hard-earned peace the administration has built over the last five years, warning that anyone found wanting will face the full wrath of the Law.
Governor Fintiri prays for continued peace and prosperity in Adamawa State and Nigeria, as the nation marches forward in its democratic journey.
“As we celebrate our democracy, I reaffirm our administration’s commitment to providing the necessary infrastructure for sustainable development and ensuring the safety and security of all citizens. We will continue to prioritize projects that improve the lives of our people and guarantee the protection of life and property, creating a prosperous and peaceful Adamawa State for all.
