The Permanent Secretary Yobe State Government House Protocol Affairs, Alh. Zanna Ali Ibrahim, has dedicated his certificate of the Fellow Security Institute, to His Excellency, Governor Mai Mala Buni CON.
Alh. Zanna who graduated from the National Security Institute on Saturday, presented his certificate to Governor Buni today.
He commended the governor for giving him the opportunity to attend the school and obtain the certificate.
“Your Excellency, l am most grateful to you for being a strong pillar to obtaining this feat and realising my potential.
“I want to sincerely appreciate you sir. l thank you very much for this opportunity which has added great value to my life” he said.
The Permanent Secretary also appreciated his colleagues the other aides to the Governor “for your support and encouragement in pursing this certificate to fruition”.
