The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) has announced the release of the 2024 Skill-Up Artisans (SUPA) beneficiaries’ list for all states across the country. The publication marks a significant step in the Federal Government’s ongoing efforts to equip Nigerians with practical vocational skills aimed at boosting productivity and reducing unemployment.
In a statement issued on Thursday, the ITF urged all applicants who participated in the SUPA registration and training process to check their names on the official beneficiaries’ list. The Fund noted that the selection process was conducted transparently to ensure that only qualified and duly registered artisans were shortlisted.
According to the ITF, the SUPA initiative is designed to modernize the informal sector by training artisans in various trades, enhancing their competence, and providing them with recognized certification. Beneficiaries across different states will receive further instructions on the next phase of the programme.
